Contact
The fastest way to reach us is email. Every message goes to the operator directly — there is no support team, no autoresponder, no ticketing system. We respond within 24-48 hours on weekdays. Author and publisher takedown requests are prioritised and acknowledged within 24 hours.
What we can help with
- Suggest a book — non-fiction titles you wish were on ReadMinute. Include why it would fit and any specific chapters or ideas you want pulsed.
- Quote or page-reference fix — include the book title, ISBN, page number, and the exact quote or attribution that needs correcting. We treat factual accuracy in pulses as a P0 issue.
- Author / publisher takedown — if you hold rights to a book on ReadMinute and want pulses removed or modified, send the book title + your role + a verifiable contact (publisher domain email or author website). 7-day response guarantee.
- Press, podcast, interview — happy to talk about how we curate, what makes a pulse work, or non-fiction reading habits.
- B2B Teams pricing — for HR, L&D, or executive teams interested in shared reading lists (Month 6+ feature).
- Privacy / GDPR / CCPA — data access, deletion, and opt-out requests. ReadMinute does not maintain user accounts and stores no personal identifiers on the server beyond 30-day request logs, so most of these resolve to “we have nothing about you to give or delete.” See the privacy policy for the full disclosure.
- Bug reports + feature suggestions — broken pulses, missing books, layout issues on your device, search problems, dark mode glitches, anything else. Include the URL of the affected page and the device + browser you saw it on.
What we can’t help with
Recommendations of books not on ReadMinute (try Goodreads or your local library), full-book PDF downloads (we don’t host them — see our methodology page for why pulses are short by design), or general reading-coaching beyond what the pulses themselves do.
Operator
ReadMinute is curated by Paulo de Vries (AceVault.org). Solo founder + curator. Based in the Netherlands. Active across a small library of independent reading and reference sites; ReadMinute is the short-form-pulse one. Every pulse is read, condensed, and edited by a person — never auto-generated. If you want to know more about how the pulses are written, the methodology page covers it in detail.
No newsletter, no spam
We don’t maintain a marketing list and won’t add your email to anything. Replies stay one-to-one. If you’d like updates when new books or pulses ship, the RSS feed is the canonical channel.
